The Role We're looking for a dynamic Paid Social Senior manager to own and deliver our strategy across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This person is an execution powerhouse and creative expert in equal measure. They’re a specialist at delivering trading performance, team results and aren’t afraid to test and break things to get there. Paid Social is our fastest growing channel, and our ambition is to supercharge it to be the largest spending channel, delivered through amazing creative, advanced reporting and attribution tooling and by incredible people. This pivotal role involves leading a talented 3 person team, collaborating closely with our in-house creatives, and driving core business and marketing growth initiatives that resonate in competitive markets. What You'll Do • Strategic Ownership: Evolve and execute our global Paid Social and Display strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand building. • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 2 Paid Social direct reports, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. • Channel and Creative Strategy: Own and deliver channel roadmaps focused on rapid and efficient growth, driven by your creative strategy • Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our in-house creative team to deliver compelling, full-funnel assets. • Performance Optimisation: Manage multi-million-pound media budgets, optimizing for CPA, ROAS, and new customer growth. • Data-Driven Insights: Team up with our Marketing director to utilize advanced attribution tools to report on channel, platform and creative performance, providing actionable tactical recommendations.
