Paid Social Senior Manager What we're looking for Are you a performance-driven Paid Social expert who thrives on turning impressions into revenue? Do you geek out over creative strategy, lower-funnel conversion metrics, and audience insights? Are you ready to take the lead on scaling high-growth eCommerce brands in fashion, beauty, home goods, and more? At Go Fish Digital, we're looking for a Senior Manager on our Paid Social team to lead high-impact campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, X, and beyond. You'll take charge of driving real revenue growth for our clients by crafting and executing lower-funnel campaigns that convert - then optimizing, analyzing, and scaling them like a pro. This is a leadership role on a fast-growing team within one of the most forward-thinking digital agencies out there. You'll work alongside sharp strategists, creative thinkers, and data nerds in a collaborative, performance-first environment where curiosity, experimentation, and bold ideas are rewarded. What you'll do โ€ข Own and drive end-to-end paid social strategies for a portfolio of eCommerce clients, with a heavy focus on lower-funnel performance (conversion, ROAS, CPA, etc.) โ€ข Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, and other social platforms โ€ข Lead creative strategy for ads - working cross-functionally with clients, internal design teams, and content creators to deliver thumb-stopping visuals and high-converting copy โ€ข Develop multi-step paid social funnels that align with each brand's customer journey and lifecycle marketing goals Monitor and adjust campaigns in real time based on performance trends, with a constant eye toward scale and efficiency โ€ข Mentor junior Paid Social team members, provide feedback, and help standardize best practices across accounts โ€ข Collaborate closely with Client Services, SEO, Digital PR, and Paid Search teams to ensure fully integrated client strategies โ€ข Stay ahead of platform trends, betas, and algorithm changes - and bring those insights back to level up our internal playbooks โ€ข Report clearly and compellingly on campaign performance, test results, and next-step opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders โ€ข Own strategic conversations and guide clients through the โ€œwhyโ€ behind your media decisions, not just the โ€œwhatโ€ What you'll bring to the table โ€ข 4-6+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience with a focus on conversion-based campaigns for eCommerce clients โ€ข Strong platform expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok; bonus if you've run campaigns on Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, or X โ€ข Proven ability to manage large media budgets, scale ROAS-positive campaigns, and optimize across creative, audience, and placement variables โ€ข Strong analytical skills - comfortable using platform insights, Google Analytics, and third-party attribution tools to tell the performance story โ€ข Leadership and mentorship mindset - you enjoy helping others grow and can set a standard of excellence on a team โ€ข Clear and confident communicator, with client-facing experience and the ability to translate data into actionable insights โ€ข A proactive, solutions-first thinker who doesn't wait to be told what to do - you see the path and lead the way โ€ข Deep curiosity about what's working (and what's next) in Paid Social - an innovator who loves to test, learn, and evolve Perks and Benefits โ€ข Comprehensive health benefits โ€ข Unlimited PTO for work-life balance โ€ข 401(k) with company match to support your future โ€ข Company-paid life insurance for peace of mind โ€ข Flexible remote or hybrid work environment If you're looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking team where you can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
