Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on executor responsible for the day-to-day implementation of our e-commerce and digital marketing campaigns. This role is central to maintaining our promotion calendar, pulling campaign data, supporting affiliate relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across our core platforms. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive individual with a strong background in marketplace channel management, particularly Amazon, who excels at managing multiple tasks and ensuring flawless execution. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce & Marketplace Execution: Maintain and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory on key e-commerce platforms, including Amazon (primary focus), Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving tactical issues with platform support teams (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center), troubleshooting listing errors, and handling compliance cases. Monitor account health and performance metrics daily to ensure compliance with marketplace standards. Act as a liaison between marketing leadership and Virtual Assistants to ensure clear communication, proper task assignment, and timely follow-through. Campaign Support & Data Reporting: Serve as the day-to-day contact for our Paid Advertising Agency, relaying performance data and coordinating asset delivery for campaigns on Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Bing Ads. Pull and compile performance data from various marketing campaigns. Prepare reports that highlight key trends for strategic review by marketing leadership. Implement and track A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages based on parameters provided by the marketing team. Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for data organization, analysis (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and reporting. Affiliate & Email Coordination: Execute the day-to-day operations of our affiliate marketing program, including onboarding new partners, communicating promotional updates, and tracking performance metrics. Coordinate with affiliate content creators by maintaining regular communication, providing necessary assets, and ensuring alignment with campaign objectives. Build and deploy email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional blasts, and automated flows, based on the established content calendar and strategy. Community & Feedback Coordination: Support the company's social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring channels for customer inquiries, and engaging with the community as directed. Deploy customer surveys using provided questions and tools. Compile and organize survey responses for analysis by the marketing team. Required Qualifications & Skills: Proven, hands-on experience managing and growing sales on Amazon Seller Central is essential. Demonstrable experience with other e-commerce marketplaces, including Walmart, eBay, and Shopify. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to pull, clean, and organize data from multiple sources into clear reports. Hands-on experience with the setup, monitoring, and reporting of paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, Google Ads). Experience working within an affiliate marketing program (e.g., on ShareASale, CJ, or similar platforms). Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and social media scheduling tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with the tenacity to contact platform support and see issues through to resolution. Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
