Role description
The Opportunity: Reshape the Future of Medicine Are you a marketing visionary passionate about changing the healthcare landscape? Do you thrive on building strategies that connect innovative medical solutions with practitioners seeking a deeper, more effective way to heal? SBRG is looking for a driven, hands-on marketing expert to lead our international expansion. SBRG is a systems medicine company pioneering research, training, and clinical solutions dedicated to whole-person health. We are expanding the boundaries of medicine, moving from "sick care" to true healthcare with a curriculum and tools that empower practitioners to "learn deeper, know faster, and practice better". This is your chance to build a global marketing platform from the ground up and bring transformative solutions to a community of medical providers in the USA, UK, and EU. What You'll Do: Architect Our Global Growth As our Marketing Strategist, you will be the engine of our growth, responsible for both high-level strategy and hands-on implementation across all digital channels. Core Responsibilities: • International Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan tailored for the USA, EU, and UK markets. You will own the website strategy, ensuring it is a powerful engine for lead generation and brand storytelling. • Lead Generation & Funnel Management: Build and manage a robust sales funnel to attract and convert medical practitioners (physicians, naturopathic doctors, medical herbalists, etc.) to our Endobiogeny online trainings, proprietary GEMMA™ software, and Endologica™ botanical line. • Content & Campaign Execution: • Lead our digital presence across email, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and YouTube, creating content that resonates with the functional and botanical medicine communities. • Manage PPC and other online advertising campaigns to maximize ROI. • Secure and leverage influencer and podcast engagements to amplify our message. • Industry & Community Engagement: • Identify key industry conventions, preparing compelling marketing materials to showcase SBRG’s innovations. • Develop targeted marketing initiatives to engage and convert our current student population to lifelong product usage. • Analytics & Reporting: Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure campaign success, providing insights that drive continuous improvement. Who You Are: A Mission-Driven Marketer You are a creative and analytical marketer who is not just looking for another role, but for a mission. You understand how to speak to the functional medicine community and are excited by the prospect of building something impactful. Required Experience & Skills: • Demonstrable success in a digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio of implemented strategies and campaigns. • Proven experience marketing to medical practitioners, ideally within the functional medicine, naturopathic, or botanical/herbal medicine sectors. • Hands-on expertise across the marketing stack: email marketing, social media management, PPC advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO/SEM, and website/eCommerce platforms • Experience in developing website strategy and managing content for lead conversion. • A data-driven mindset with proficiency in tracking KPIs and using analytics to guide strategy. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with international marketing campaigns (USA, UK, EU). • Experience preparing materials for and marketing at industry conventions.
