Digital Transformation & Creative Agency
London | Hybrid (2 days/week in office)
£70,000-90,000

The Role
Reporting to senior leadership, you'll take full ownership of growth and partnership initiatives across commerce, experience, and engineering in the UKI market. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, autonomous leader who thrives on shaping momentum, creating strategies, and converting opportunities into results. You'll work closely with internal teams to lead pitches, develop strong partner relationships, and drive new business.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage partner network to drive new customer acquisition
• Own and lead strategic new business initiatives end-to-end, from opportunity identification to pitch leadership and deal closure.
• Identify and nurture opportunities across the UK and Ireland
• Develop and manage relationships with key technology partners (e.g., Shopify, Optimizely, Contentful, Acquia).
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Maintain a deep understanding of digital platforms in the space
Experience Required
• Extensive experience in digital agencies with both commercial and strategic delivery exposure.
• Experience managing partnerships and vendor relationships (Braze, Contentstack. Contentful, Actindo etc)
• Proven track record leading complex pitches across digital experience, eCommerce, and engineering solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction and convert vision into actionable growth initiatives.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to balance creative, strategic, and technical perspectives in high-stakes environments.
