Overview:
Responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships, influencer collaborations, affiliate programs, and wholesale marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, traffic, and sales. This role blends relationship-building with performance-driven strategies while ensuring brand consistency and compliance across all external marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Develop, grow, and optimize affiliate programs, ensuring partners are aligned with brand guidelines and performance goals.
β’ Identify, negotiate, and maintain partnerships with influencers, content creators, complementary brands, and wholesale accounts.
β’ Oversee wholesale marketing support, including the creation and distribution of approved assets for retail partners.
β’ Ensure all wholesale partner marketing materials comply with brand guidelines, visual identity, and messaging standards.
β’ Manage onboarding, communication, and support for affiliates, partners, and wholesale accounts.
β’ Track and analyze partner and wholesale marketing performance, reporting on KPIs and recommending improvements.
β’ Collaborate with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to develop promotional assets and campaign support for partners.
Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Proven experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or wholesale marketing.
β’ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
β’ Experience in asset creation, brand compliance, and cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking tools.
β’ Ability to manage multiple partnerships and marketing initiatives simultaneously.
