• As a Sales Director, you’ll be working closely with your Mentor while providing small to mid-sized business owners in your local communities with our suite of business tools such as payment processing, payroll, HR & Legal support, business capital, ATM machines, Text Marketing solutions, e-commerce tools, and more! The Ideal Candidate
• 2+ years’ experience in payments or payroll.

• Advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others.
• Ability to solve problems and find creative solutions to sales challenges
• Desire to excel and grow within the organization
• CRM experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
The Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth by boarding new business partner prospects
• Prospect through outreach emails, phone-calls, and Face-to-face meetings
• Deliver solution driven presentations to business partners
• Educate business partners on the payment processing industry and our other products
• Organize your day and week to be successful
• Meet or exceed expected monthly and quarterly sales goals that YOU set for yourself.
• Accurately track and record activities in our CRM for better organization in closing deals!
• Be a positive contributor to the organization
• Network locally to build your brand
• Maintain consistent attention to detail, self-discipline, and grit
