Your Mission:
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with client business goals, translating these into actionable plans for the support team.
• Manage ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring they meet client objectives.
• Provide creative hooks, angles, and strategic insights based on performance data and market analysis.
• Deeply understand client brands by analyzing their unique needs, value propositions, product offerings, and overall aesthetics to ensure campaigns resonate with the target audience.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key performance indicators such as CPA, Hook Rate, Conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine advertising strategies and increase campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights and results effectively to clients.
• Stay updated on the latest in digital marketing, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to improve processes and boost overall team efficiency.
• Dive deep into campaign performance using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Lead client accounts with confidence, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us.
• Handle daily optimization of ad campaigns, making necessary adjustments to enhance performance.
• Engage in regular strategy discussions with both clients and our internal team to maximize ad performance.
• Generate and test new ideas regularly to keep client accounts performing at a high level.
• Conduct client-facing calls to discuss progress, gather feedback, and align on future strategies.
Must-Have:
• Proven track record of managing Facebook (Meta) Ads for 3+ years, with experience scaling accounts and handling $150K+ a month in total ad spend.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• 3+ years of eCommerce marketing experience, with a deep understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• 1+ year of agency experience, thriving in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
• A solid work ethic and self-motivation to exceed expectations.
• Proven ability to analyze data and derive meaningful insights.
• Quick learning ability and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• A commitment to high standards, excellence, and client satisfaction.

Pay Range:
