Future-Able is looking for a Performance Creative Director (Meta Ads / Paid Social) to work for:

We’re looking for a creative leader who lives and breathes Meta ads. Someone who’s written and produced hundreds - ideally thousands - of performance ads and understands what makes people stop, click, and buy. This is not a pure oversight role - you’ll be scripting, reviewing, and optimizing creative every week. If you’ve scaled DTC brands on Meta through creative testing, thumbstop-first storytelling, and UGC-led strategy, we want to talk to you.
This role is all about cold customer acquisition and high-performing direct response creative that thrives in a 1-day click environment. But we’re not just chasing clicks—you’re also a master of psychology and empathy, capable of understanding and speaking directly to the skincare concerns, aspirations, and emotional drivers of mature women. You’ll be responsible for finding that sweet spot between unlocking performance today and building long-term brand love that drives meaningful LTV tomorrow. You’ll manage the ad creative pipeline, mentor strategists and editors, and own the roadmap that turns ideas into the right kind of WoW ROAS growth, the kind that actually converts into LTV.
This Role Is Right for You If You...
• Have personally written or directed hundreds (ideally thousands) of Meta ads for DTC brands
• Can personally script, structure, and storyboard performance ads that drive engagement
• Understand what makes a hook effective, and how to create curiosity, contrast, and clarity in seconds
• Have experience briefing and coaching UGC creators (and know how to spot and edit for delivery flaws)
• Love breaking down results and iterating based on data (but don’t need to be a media buyer)
• Want to be involved in shaping the creative strategy for a brand in growth mode
• Are comfortable moving between hands-on execution and high-level thinking
What You’ll Do
• Write or refine killer briefs and UGC scripts - whether scripting yourself or prompting AI tools, your output sounds sharp, human, and high-converting
• Build and manage Meta-first creative testing roadmaps - driving iteration, evergreen strategy, funnel expansion, and performance optimization
• Pitch and package multiple concepts weekly for testing, based on performance insight and brand goals
• Collaborate with our Brand Director and internal creative team on scripting, visuals, and pacing
• Partner with our Creative Strategist and media buyers to analyze results and refine direction
• Build and maintain a performance-focused ad testing system with clear hypothesis-based frameworks
• Run and lead the in-house ad agency production pipeline - owning process, pacing, and priorities from concept to launch
• Lead our influencer specialist team - steering creator discovery like a heat-seeking missile toward the highest-potential UGC and whitelisting opportunities
• Mentor and guide a team of senior creative strategists, designers, and editors - providing clear, actionable, performance-oriented feedback
• Review and approve final briefs and ad assets to ensure clarity, alignment, and compliance - protecting the brand from FTC violations, regulatory scrutiny, or anything that might get us sued.
• Collaborate deeply with media buyers - align on KPIs, performance gaps, and creative solutions to scale
• Unlock and scale new funnels - especially for new product launches, creators, and customer segments
• Balance short-term NC ROAS wins with long-term LTV strategy - you build creative that performs now and deepens trust over time
• Review and translate performance data into creative strategy - what’s working, what’s lagging, what to test next.
• Operate as a remote-first team leader - running Slack conversations, Zoom meetings, and Asana boards with clarity and urgency
• Future-proof our creative operations - Meta is your home turf, but you’re already sketching out the playbook for TikTok, YouTube, and beyond
• Personally write, structure, and produce Meta-first ads across static, UGC, VO, and founder-led formats—this is a hands-on role, not just directional
Who You Are
• 5+ years in performance marketing creative strategy with deep Meta ad experience
• Proven background leading creative teams in high-output, high-performance ad environments - agency or in-house
• Fluent in direct response KPIs - NC ROAS, CTR, CAC, LTV, CPMs, thumbstop rate, AOV, and CPA - and knows how creative drives each one from first impression to final conversion
• A brilliant writer and editor, capable of using AI tools but never sounding robotic
• A disciplined operator who thrives in structured production systems and keeps creative moving on schedule
• A natural mentor - you give actionable feedback that helps good creatives become great
• Empathic and psychology-driven - you understand the needs and mindset of mature women and can translate that into resonant creative
• Deeply curious and analytical - you’re not casually on social media. When you scroll Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or anywhere else, you’re like Neo seeing the Matrix: decoding ad angles, hooks, scroll-stoppers, CTA structures, comment bait, funnel positions, and what’s scaling—then figuring out how to beat it
• Experienced in remote collaboration and creative ops tools - comfortable leading teams and projects via Slack, video calls, and Asana
• Comfortable toggling between performance and brand, data and emotion, scale and soul

• Skincare, beauty, or wellness industry experience
