The business has grown substantially over the last few years with further growth projected for this year and beyond – both from a revenue and team size perspective. They’re now looking to hire a new Performance Creative Lead to joining the growing Marketing team. 📣 Important: To be considered, you MUST have a background in Performance Marketing and Paid Social Media. Meta ad spend is currently c£50k a month, and they’re looking for this person to scale their ad spend up to £500k p/m. What skills do you need to have to be considered? ⭐️You need to have at least 4 years Performance Creative / Performance Marketing experience, ideally in-house for a subscription D2C brand. ⭐️Ideally you would have worked for a Food, Drink, Health, Wellness, Personal care or Beauty brand. ⭐️Proven Paid Social advertising experience is essential for this role. ⭐️Proven experience managing sizeable budgets (£100k + monthly) ⭐️A deep passion for the e-commerce industry and a track record of success in B2C Marketing.
