The Opportunity
β’ Shape strategy across a portfolio of high-spending ecommerce and retail accounts
β’ Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists, including at least one Team Lead
β’ Champion long-term client growth and retention through integrated performance marketing
β’ Collaborate with in-house creative and strategy teams to deliver market-leading campaigns
β’ Play a key role in pitches, thought leadership, and industry events
Responsibilities
β’ Build trusted client relationships at senior level, ensuring retention and growth
β’ Develop and execute cross-channel strategies across PPC and paid social
β’ Guide and support paid media teams, fostering a collaborative culture aligned to agency values
β’ Partner with creative teams to enhance media performance through innovative content
β’ Oversee financial management of accounts, including forecasting and contract renewals
β’ Bring fresh market insights to clients and teams, staying ahead of industry trends
Your Profile
β’ Proven experience managing ecommerce or retail accounts spending Β£100k+ per month
β’ Strategic expertise across both PPC and paid social, with hands-on depth in one channel
β’ A commercially minded leader with strong communication and client-facing skills
β’ Track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
β’ Data-driven, confident presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders
β’ Skilled at navigating complex conversations with confidence and empathy
