About The Company: Step into a high-impact role where you’ll lead growth strategy for some of the most ambitious D2C brands scaling across Meta, Google and TikTok. These are 7, 8 and 9-figure eCommerce businesses that expect more than media buying, they want a strategist who can own performance, build growth engines and turn insights into action. This is a role for a sharp, commercially-minded thinker who thrives on accountability and momentum. You’ll work directly with founders and heads of strategy, take full ownership of performance, and shape the creative roadmap alongside a talented team. If you’re ready to move fast, make strategic calls and help brands unlock real scale, this role puts you in the driver’s seat. Key Responsibilities: • Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google and TikTok platforms • Monitor and optimise KPIs including CAC, ROAS, MER, contribution margin and spend pacing • Translate performance data into clear insights and strategic decisions • Collaborate with creatives to build testing roadmaps informed by performance trends • Lead client calls and strategic conversations, presenting results and growth plans Essential Experience: • At least 3 years in performance marketing within an agency or D2C brand setting • Proven ability to scale Meta and Google ad accounts beyond $100K per month • Deep understanding of acquisition economics including LTV to CAC, unit economics and first order profitability • Strong working knowledge of attribution tools such as Triple Whale or Northbeam • Confident communicator able to lead discussions with clients and cross-functional teams Salary: £48,000 – £66,000 + bonus
