Role description
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven campaigns across web and app platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing high-budget, multi-channel campaigns and a deep understanding of the UAE e-commerce landscape. Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic platforms (preferred). • Manage digital marketing budgets with a focus on ROI, CAC, and user growth. • Drive app marketing efforts, including user acquisition, deep linking, re-engagement, and push notification strategies. • Work closely with MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch) and CEP platforms for tracking, attribution, and personalized user journeys. • Leverage GA4 and other analytics tools to monitor performance and report on KPIs. • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, content, and tech teams to align campaign strategy with business goals. • Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep FunkySouq ahead of the curve. Qualifications • Minimum 4 years of performance marketing experience in e-commerce. • Expertise in PPC, paid social, and mobile marketing. • Proven success in managing Digital marketing campaigns that delivered measurable results. • Deep understanding of app marketing funnels, retention techniques, and user segmentation. • Hands-on experience with GA4, AppsFlyer (or other MMPs), and CRM tools. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • UAE market knowledge preferred.
