Weβre looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead and elevate our e-commerce client accounts. If you're a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing analytics and client management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of e-commerce clients, presenting insights, strategic recommendations, and performance reports to help achieve business goals.
β’ Strategic Leadership: Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, effective project management, and client satisfaction.
β’ Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of digital campaigns.
β’ Performance Analysis: Use data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance (ROAS, net revenue, etc.) to meet client objectives.
β’ Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends, contribute to internal training, and share best practices across the team.
Qualifications:
β’ 8+ years of experience in e-commerce account management and paid media strategy.
β’ Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
β’ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data insights.
β’ Proven ability to think strategically and drive results through innovative paid media strategies.
β’ Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to make actionable decisions.
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
