Our mission is to create engaging and enjoyable running experiences for participants of all levels worldwide. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement. Key day-to-day tasks include managing paid search and social advertising, email marketing, analysing campaign performance, developing strategies to improve customer conversion and retention, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. Qualifications • Strong skills in digital marketing, email marketing, paid search, and social advertising • Experience in data analysis, campaign performance tracking, and KPI measurement • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • Previous experience in e-commerce or a related industry is a plus • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies
