About Us Jordan Digital Marketing, a 2023 Google Premier Partner Workplace Excellence award finalist, is a remote-first, remote-always digital marketing agency. We focus on paid media, SEO, and content marketing to deliver best-in-class results for startups, predominantly in B2B, SaaS, and Fintech. We drive real business growth for our clients by acting as an extension of their in-house team. We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our paid acquisition team. What You’ll Do • Own and lead advertising strategy for 3–5 client accounts • Plan, execute, and analyze paid search and paid social strategy for our clients • Manage media spend across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads • Lead weekly client meetings and own the client relationships • Conduct quarterly strategic planning meetings to drive client success • Develop and implement testing strategies to increase advertising efficiency • Ensure tracking best practices are followed, including OCT, proper lead routing within client CRMs, and conversion setup • Reporting on KPIs and communicating clearly with clients • Work closely with the Account Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved You Have • 4+ years of experience in paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) campaign management • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role • Proven experience developing and implementing new advertising strategies and ideas for clients • Experience driving results through advanced measurement tactics like OCT • A natural problem-solving ability with a growth mindset • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Full-time permanent residency within the United States We Would Appreciate if you Have • Experience running multiple paid channels and figuring out new ones • B2B marketing experience • Experience with OCT, Enhanced Conversions • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo • An analytical mindset • A desire for continuous learning • An entrepreneurial mindset with a curiosity about the industry • Experience working within teams and with other marketing teams • Experience working with other marketing channels such as SEO, CRO, organic social, email, etc. (a plus but not required) • Remote experience (a plus but not required) Benefits • We’re fully remote (we were remote before it was cool) • Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance • HSA, FSA, and dependent care FSA • 401 (k) with company matching • Flexible working hours • Wellness bonus (massages, spa days, gym memberships, and more!) • Yearly professional development stipend • Flexible PTO • Internet reimbursements • Company provided laptop • Equipment stipend to build out your home office • Parental leave - 12 weeks (3 weeks paid, 9 weeks unpaid) • 529 College Savings Plan • Fun surprises on your birthday and workiversary!
