CharCharms is an 8-figure, fast-growing accessories brand creating fun, collectible products for the accessory-obsessed. We’re in Target, Walmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods - and your favorite water bottles have probably worn our accessories. We move fast, dream big, and create products people have to have.
Now we’re looking for a Digital Ads & Growth Manager to join our marketing team and take our online sales to the next level.
What You’ll Do:
• Own and manage all paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google) with a focus on driving profitable conversions.
• Develop creative ad concepts and work with our content team to produce high-performing creatives.
• Test and refine targeting, creative, and copy to increase ROAS and customer acquisition.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics daily - make quick, data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with our eCommerce and creative teams to optimize landing pages, bundles, and site experience for maximum conversion.
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years running and scaling paid media campaigns for eCommerce brands.
• MUST have experience running ad spend of at least $500/day
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
• Strong grasp of CRO principles and A/B testing.
• Understands how to use UGC and influencer content for ads.
• Able to clip, mix, and paste together pieces of content to make the best ads.
• Data-driven mindset - you geek out over numbers and know how to turn them into strategy.
• Creative thinker who understands our target audience and what makes them click “add to cart.”
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Bonus Points If You:
• Have Shopify experience.
• Have worked with consumer products or trend-driven brands.
• Understand influencer marketing and how it integrates with paid.
