Role description
About the Role We are looking for a passionate & consistent Performance Marketing Specialist who doesn’t just run ads but truly owns the funnel. From acquisition to retention, you will be responsible for building, optimising, and scaling campaigns that drive measurable growth for our clients (preferably D2C). If you are the kind of marketer who thrives on results, loves experimenting with new growth strategies, and can communicate ideas clearly, this role is for you. What You’ll Do • Plan, execute, and scale paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other key channels • Own the full customer journey by understanding funnel dynamics, drop off points, and revenue driving opportunities • Handle client queries, concerns and provide systematic reporting structures. • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance with a focus on ROI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV • Work closely with creatives and content teams to produce high performing ad assets that resonate with our audience • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to consistently improve conversion rates • Explore and implement new growth channels, tools, and tactics to stay ahead of the curve • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure marketing aligns with brand strategy and business goals • Communicate insights, wins, and challenges in a way that keeps everyone aligned and informed What We’re Looking For • 3+ years in performance marketing, ideally in D2C or eCommerce • A proven track record of scaling campaigns with strong ROI • Deep understanding of full funnel marketing and growth loops, not just ad setup • Strong analytical mindset with hands on experience in GA4, attribution tools, and reporting dashboards • Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain data and strategies in a clear, compelling way • Creative eye for what makes content perform and the ability to brief designers and creators effectively • Hunger to learn, test, and push boundaries in digital marketing Nice to Have • Experience in email or SMS marketing, CRO, or affiliate and influencer marketing • Knowledge of Shopify or other eCommerce platforms Why Join Us?
