About The Role
At Venroy, we make leisurewear to elevate everyday life—and now we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us grow smarter, faster, and stronger.
You’ll own the strategy and execution of paid digital across Google, Meta, and TikTok. You’re fluent in ROAS, obsessed with testing creative hooks, and understand the art of media buying as much as the math. If you’re tired of running campaigns with no creative input—this is your chance to change that.
What You’ll Do
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok
• Continuously test audiences, placements, budgets, and creatives to improve ROAS
• Collaborate with our creative and ecommerce teams to align campaign messaging and visual direction
• Create weekly performance reports and translate results into actionable insights
• Monitor trends, platform changes, and competitors to keep us ahead of the curve
• Help shape full-funnel strategies—from awareness to conversion to retention
What You Bring
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce brands
• Expertise in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills—you love data and use it to tell stories and drive decisions
• A proactive mindset, collaborative spirit, and eye for elevated aesthetics
• Bonus: Experience working with luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands
