We are looking for a Performance Media Manager / Digital Acquisition Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our digital growth and optimizing our customer acquisition strategies. What You'll β€’ Do: Develop and Execute Strategy: Contribute to and execute the overall digital acquisition strategy across key performance channels, including Paid Search (PPC & SEO), Paid Social (Meta, TikTok), and Affiliates, with a focus on driving online orders, digital sales, and customer lifetime value (L β€’ TV).Channel Ownership & Optimization: Take ownership of campaign planning, execution, and reporting for designated performance channels. Continuously analyse data, identify optimization opportunities across platforms, creatives, messaging, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI and efficie β€’ ncy.Drive Business Outcomes: Translate business objectives into measurable marketing KPIs and actively work to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and overall marketing effectiven β€’ ess.Strategic Media Partnership: Work closely with our media agencies, challenging them to push performance boundaries, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure alignment with our strategic go β€’ als.Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker Studio) to deep dive into performance, extract actionable insights, and present clear recommendations to stakehold β€’ ers.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Support and contribute to a testing roadmap for A/B testing creatives, landing pages, and user journeys to continuously improve conversion ra β€’ tes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with E-commerce, Communication Department and Data teams to ensure integrated campaign execution, consistent messaging, and a seamless customer jour β€’ ney.Market & Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest platform innovations, digital marketing trends, and competitor activities, bringing fresh ideas and a test-and-learn mentality to our campai gns. What You'll Br β€’ ing: Previous experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition roles, ideally within a fast-paced E-commerce, retail, or tech enviro β€’ nment.Proven expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads, with a strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and tra β€’ cking.Demonstrated success in improving key business outcomes such as online orders, digital sales, or LT β€’ V/CAC.Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio/Looker Studio, and Excel for robust campaign analysis and repo β€’ rting.Commercially minded with a deep understanding of the customer journey, audience behavior, and the levers that drive digital g β€’ rowth.Experience managing significant media budgets and allocating spend strategically based on perfor β€’ mance.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex data and insights to various stakeho β€’ lders.A "test-and-learn" mindset, curiosity, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving pro blems.
