We serve a growing community of modern women and moms who value both fashion and functionality — from the dance studio to daily life. We are seeking a detail-oriented Photo Editor/Retoucher to join our creative team to manage, edit, and enhance our product and lifestyle photography for website, social, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a strong aesthetic sense, and the technical expertise to shoot flat-lay product images while delivering polished, consistent visuals that reflect our brand identity. • • This position requires physical presence at our Hayward, CA office in a hybrid capacity for daily operations and team collaboration. The role will begin as contract-to-full-time. Responsibilities • Retouch, color-correct, and edit high-quality product, e-commerce, and lifestyle images received from the photographer. • Ensure consistency in style, lighting, and branding across all images. • Independently shoot and edit product flat-lay images in the studio in RAW and JPG format, ensuring color and texture correction, and consistency with real products. • Replace product backgrounds with solid colors while preserving original shadows. • Rename and resize files appropriately for various purposes such as e-commerce listings, web content, social media, email, and print. • Manage photo workflows, including file organization and product tracking. • Collaborate with photographers, design team, and creative team to execute brand vision. • Deliver edits on tight deadlines during peak season while maintaining high-quality standards. • Stay up-to-date with editing trends and tools to improve efficiency and creativity. Qualifications • 1+ years of professional experience in photo editing and retouching (e-commerce or fashion industry preferred). • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and related editing tools. • Strong understanding of color correction, skin retouching, and digital asset management. • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. • Strong portfolio showcasing retouching and editing skills. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience preparing images for Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms preferred. • Bilingual Chinese is preferred.
