The Photographer will be responsible for producing high-quality images and videos that showcase products and apparel in line with brand standards. This includes managing the full creative process from shoot preparation to post-production, ensuring visuals are optimized for e-commerce, marketing, and promotional use. The role requires strong technical expertise in photography, editing, and studio operations, with a focus on creativity, precision, and collaboration. Key responsibilities: Product & Lifestyle Photography • Capture detailed, aesthetically appealing product, apparel, and lifestyle images for e-commerce platforms, marketing campaigns, and other brand materials. • Execute diverse photography styles including flat lay, mannequin, lifestyle, and styled product shots. Post-Production & Image Optimization • Perform advanced image editing including color correction, retouching, and background cleanup using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, CaptureOne, and related tools. • Utilize AI-based editing tools to enhance quality and streamline workflows. Studio Operations & Equipment Management • Set up and maintain studio lighting, photography equipment, and shooting environments for consistent production quality. • Ensure efficient workflow and organization of studio assets. Collaboration & Creative Development • Partner with stylists, supervisors, and creative teams to plan and execute impactful shoots. • Stay updated on photography trends, lighting techniques, and editing innovations to enhance creative output. Qualifications: • 2–3 years’ professional experience in e-commerce studio photography, preferably in fashion/apparel. • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of commercial photography styles. • Expertise in studio lighting, product styling, and advanced image retouching. • Proficiency in CaptureOne, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom; familiarity with AI-based editing tools is a plus. • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills. • High attention to detail, creative problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
