Role Description 📝:
We’re seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst who is both data-driven 📊 and commercially sharp 💡 — someone who can turn insights into revenue-driving initiatives. This role goes beyond analysis; you will design and optimize commercially winning campaigns, craft business and revenue strategies, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable ROI. You’ll also take ownership of campaign lifecycles — from ideation and start, through performance monitoring, to close-out analysis — while collaborating closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to maximize results.
What You’ll Be Doing ✅:
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify commercial opportunities
• Analyze financial, operational, and customer data to uncover trends and performance drivers
• Develop and execute high-ROI campaign strategies tailored for target audiences
• Lead campaign lifecycle management — from start to close — with post-campaign performance reviews
• Provide actionable business and revenue strategies that drive measurable growth
• Build financial and performance models to evaluate new ideas and forecast ROI
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategies align with product, marketing, and operational goals
• Design innovative promotional structures to engage customers and boost revenue
Qualifications/Skills You’ll Need 🧮:
• 5–8 years of experience in strategy, commercial planning, or revenue/campaign management
• Proven track record in designing commercially successful campaigns
• Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL a plus)
• Strong business acumen with the ability to create revenue growth strategies
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for senior leadership engagement
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or consumer tech preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
