• Define governance models for product data quality, completeness, and readiness for market.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to assess current product content processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design scalable frameworks for managing product attributes, hierarchies, and relationships across categories and regions.
• Guide clients in building internal capabilities around product content operations, including roles, workflows, and KPIs.

• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, product content strategy, or enterprise architecture.
• 5+ years of experience leading PIM/PXM initiatives focused on product activation and merchandising.
• Strong understanding of how product content impacts eCommerce, retail, and omnichannel experiences.
• Proven ability to design and implement product data models that support business agility and scalability.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including merchandising, marketing, supply chain, and IT.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle processes including onboarding, enrichment, localization, and syndication.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Experience in consulting or professional services environments preferred.
