Job role: Platform Manager
Location: London, UK (3 Days onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Shopify Plus setup, configuration, upgrades, and integrations.
• Optimise D2C architecture with PIM, OMS, WMS, Finance, CRM, and Reporting.
• Oversee user access, permissions, and data privacy requests.
• Implement Shopify Flows and service workflows.
• Partner with global teams to align standards and share best practices.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly.
• Create and deliver documentation, guidelines, and training.
• Act as a link between business and tech teams, driving adoption.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 3–5 years in Shopify Plus management (multi-instance/global).
• 10+ years in IT/business analysis or solution design, with 3–5 years in eCommerce.
• Experience with PIM, OMS, WMS integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify APIs, data structures, and front-end standards.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation.
• Proven track record in delivering scalable solutions on time.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
