About the Role:
JL Marketing is experiencing rapid growth, and we're looking for a highly skilled Google PPC Specialist to elevate our internal Google Ads capabilities. We need a self-starter who's passionate about paid traffic, excels in client relations, and thrives on data-driven results. What Youβll Do:
β’ Strategically manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple accounts.
β’ Drive performance based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
β’ Manage a small portfolio of META campaigns across various brands.
β’ Audit underperforming campaigns and apply recovery strategies.
β’ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams on full-funnel strategies and cross-channel efforts.
β’ Prepare insightful performance reports and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
β’ Develop relationships and collaborate with Corporate/Franchised Operations team members to prepare monthly reports and performance analytics
β’ Conduct performance and strategy review meetings with accounts
β’ Participate in client expansion activities such as webinars, vendor meetings & other client relationship building activities as needed
β’ Stay ahead of PPC trends, Google algorithm updates, and platform best practices.
You Should Have:
β’ 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads with measurable success.
β’ Proven track record of delivering growth and ROI via PPC campaigns.
β’ Strong understanding of Google Ads Editor, Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and conversion tracking setup.
β’ Experience managing high-budget campaigns in various industries.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to make strategic decisions from data.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
β’ Self-motivation and proactive attitude.
You are expected to:
β’ Communicate with clients calmly and clearly via phone, email, and Zoom/Google Meet, demonstrating exceptional communication skills.
β’ Be positive, passionate, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
β’ Possess expertise in split testing and full-funnel execution.
