Role description
Lead Pronto is one of the fastest-growing Lead Generation companies in the UK. Due to further growth, we have a new position available for a PPC Manager. We're in search of a person who can bring experience and talent to our production team. This individual should be someone who has the required skills, but also be able to function as part of a team and work collectively to achieve the best results for our clients.
Responsibilities will involve managing all aspects of our Google Ad campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax & Demand Gen. We are looking for someone who has the passion & drive to take on these accounts and scale opportunities for the business and our clients. As well as staying on top of market trends & staying one step ahead of our competitors, some of which have revenues in the 10s of millions a year.
We work in a wide range of sectors from home improvements, financial claims, mortgages & more. It's a very diverse and interesting role which will always keep you excited.
We do also offer remote working - one day per week.
Responsibilities
β’ Managing day-to-day performance of client campaigns
β’ Oversee campaign strategy, setup, optimisation & delivery of campaigns.
β’ Liaise with clients & present scaling strategies.
β’ Ensure clients targets are being met and liaise with the production team if not.
β’ Build a great understanding of the clientβs products and business proposition
β’ Maintain and improve all paid channels to deliver efficient and cost-effective campaigns
β’ Testing new campaign types and ideas to ensure we are performing as market leaders.
β’ Coordinate with our content, design and social teams to align on performance & campaign assets.
β’ Implementing conversion tracking through GA4 and Tag Manager
The Ideal Candidate
β’ Will have at least 2-5 years of experience managing PPC Activity.
β’ Someone who has effective communication skills to work within a team.
β’ Someone who can work and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Someone with a keen eye and strict focus on delivering results.
β’ Has experience working with larger scale accounts.
β’ Has a great understanding of digital marketing and advertising.
β’ Is Google AdWords certified.
β’ Will be experienced working with lead generation companies.
β’ Will be analytical, insightful and able to draw key points from data analysis.
β’ Confident with setting up conversion tracking through GA4 and Tag Manager.
