PPC MANAGER
• Salary £40k+ DOE

• 3+ years experience ideally within an digital agency
• Analytical & data-driven mindset, strategic thinking, campaign optimisation, communication & stakeholder management

A fast growing digital agency is looking for a results oriented PPC Manager to lead multi-account paid media strategies across a varied client portfolio. This role requires a balance of strategic oversight and hands on execution, with a strong focus on delivering measurable ROI and driving continuous campaign optimisation. You’ll collaborate closely with client services, creative, and analytics teams to ensure every campaign is innovative, scalable, and aligned with client objectives, while consistently demonstrating value and performance.

THE PPC MANAGER ROLE:
• Develop and implement data driven PPC strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms.
• Manage budgets, bids, and campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting.
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimise ad creative, landing pages, and targeting.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
PPC MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• 3+ years experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills.
