PPC Manager - Freelance - £240 p/d Inside IR35
We’re hiring a hands-on PPC Manager to join a fast-paced independent agency. You’ll take ownership of strategy, activation, and optimisation, managing multi-million-pound ad spends and driving measurable performance.
The role:
• Plan, activate, and optimise paid social campaigns across Google Ads / Microsoft Ads
• Lead media planning, budget forecasting, and roadmap creation
• Run A/B tests across creative, copy, and targeting to generate actionable insights
• Analyse performance data, report on KPIs, and deliver recommendations to improve ROAS
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams and present results to clients/stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
• Strong experience in Paid Search
• Hands-on activation experience with Google Ads / Microsoft Ads
• Confident communicator, able to lead client conversations and deliver insight-driven recommendations
• Available from 22nd September and able to work hybrid, 2 days per week in London
