PPC Manager (Google Ads Specialist)
Remote (UK-based) | £35k starting salary | Full-time | Industry leading bonus scheme
We’re looking for an experienced, proactive PPC Manager to join our growing team. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, delivering results through smart strategy, structured campaign builds, and strong client communication.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end paid media role - ideal for someone confident managing Google Ads accounts across lead generation and eCommerce and managing clients and communication directly.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage your own portfolio of client accounts (lead gen & eCommerce)
• Plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max
• Proactively handle day-to-day client comms including calls, emails, and reporting
• Monitor performance against targets (CPA, ROAS, lead quality, sales)
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data
• Ensure tracking is working as it should (GTM, GA4, conversion actions)
• Spot growth opportunities, reduce wasted spend, and improve ROI
• Consistently developing your skills and improving your knowledge as to offer best in class service and performance
What We’re Looking For
• 3-5+ years of Google Ads experience, ideally some/most of within a digital agency
• Confident managing multiple accounts at once (6-10 clients typically)
• Skilled across Search, Shopping, pMax, Dynamic Remarketing, YouTube
• Experience with lead gen and eCommerce campaigns
• Strong analytical skills (GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads reports)
• Comfortable speaking directly with clients—confident, clear communicator
• Bonus if you’ve worked with tools like WhatConverts, Shopify, HubSpot, etc.
