What you’ll be doing:
As our PPC & Paid Social Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging platforms. You’ll manage budgets, test creative, and track results with an analytical eye - always looking for ways to improve ROI. You’ll work closely with our creative, analytics, and content teams to ensure every campaign hits its mark, whether the goal is brand awareness, lead generation, or driving sales.
This role requires an analytical, strategic thinker who excels in a fast-paced environment and can adjust tactics to deliver results. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Responsibilities:
• Find and target audiences.
• Develop, manage, and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Create, test, and refine ad copy, visuals, and formats for maximum impact.
• Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs, insights, and opportunities.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid strategy with broader marketing goals.
• Manage budgets and ensure campaigns deliver a strong return on investment.
Requirements:
• Proven track record in managing PPC and paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional paid channel (LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• Confident with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) and comfortable interpreting data to guide decisions.
• Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual briefing skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• A/B testing experience and a love for continuous optimisation.
