Weβre a performance-driven digital marketing agency that partners with growth-focused brands across eCommerce, lead generation, and local services. We specialize in customer acquisition strategies that actually move the needle, combining SEO, paid media, landing page strategy, and conversion optimization under one roof.
Weβre looking for an experienced SEO & Paid Search Strategist to join our team. This is a client-facing role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Youβll manage a portfolio of accounts, lead client communications, and collaborate closely with media buyers, copywriters, and designers to drive measurable growth for our clients.

What Youβll Do
SEO
β’ Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, and off-page)
β’ Build and execute SEO roadmaps focused on traffic and conversion growth
β’ Collaborate with content teams to drive keyword-targeted content strategies
β’ Develop an AI-search practice that is best in class, and execute on various strategies
β’ Monitor and optimize for performance using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Search Console
β’ Help develop AI agents to automate every day processes
Paid Search
β’ Strategize, launch, and manage Google & Bing Ads campaigns across search and retargeting
β’ Execute keyword research, audience segmentation, and creative testing
β’ Optimize budgets, bids, and placements to maximize ROI
β’ Build dashboards, analyze performance trends, and present insights to clients
β’ Stay up-to-date with platform changes and best practices
Requirements
β’ Agency experience is required (minimum 3 years managing SEO and paid search accounts)
β’ Proven results driving performance across both SEO and Google Ads
β’ Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad tracking principles
β’ Proficiency with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
β’ Strong grasp of landing page optimization and CRO fundamentals
β’ Exceptional communication skills. You must be confident leading client calls, presenting strategies, and simplifying complex data
β’ Strong project management skills and attention to detail
β’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-obsessed environment
β’ Must be East Coast time zone, or able to work Eastern time hours
