We're seeking an ambitious PPC Specialist to join a growing digital marketing agency. Whether you're stepping up from an executive role, looking for a fresh challenge as an account manager, or simply ready to join a team that values your expertise, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.
The agency works across a mix of e-commerce, B2B and B2C clients, with a focus on delivering measurable results and clear, transparent communication.
What You'll Do
• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social (primarily Meta).
• Deliver ROI/ROAS-focused campaigns through strong keyword research, targeting, tracking, and budget management.
• Monitor performance daily and make proactive adjustments to maximise results.
• Produce clear, client-friendly reports and communicate campaign performance in simple, jargon-free terms.
• Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Collaborate with the wider team to align PPC activity with SEO and broader marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce campaigns, including product feeds and Google Merchant Centre.
• Experience with paid social, particularly Meta.
• Solid project management skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
