About your role
The Pricing & Sales Operations Manager will own the strategic pricing function, sales operations enablement, and sales forecasting for Casinetto's B2B (Salesforce, SAP B1) and B2C channels as well as the Artisan Manufacturing, and all regional branches including UAE, KSA, and the upcoming Bahrain branch.
This role ensures consistent pricing governance, sales process optimization, and accurate forecasting across all countries while driving profitability and operational efficiency.
Your primary responsibilities
1. Pricing Strategy & Management
• Develop and maintain B2B, B2C, and manufacturing pricing policies, discount guidelines, and promotional strategies across UAE, KSA, and Bahrain
• Set and manage transfer prices for ingredients from Casinetto to Artisan Manufacturing
• Monitor margins at both raw material and finished goods level
• Conduct competitive benchmarking across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing segments in each market
• Implement approval workflows for special pricing requests
1. Sales Forecasting & Financial Planning
• Develop and manage the annual sales budget in collaboration with Commercial Director and Finance
• Maintain and review sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy through data-driven analysis
• Monitor sales performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
• Track forecast accuracy as a key performance metric
1. Sales Operations & Enablement
• Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Train sales teams in UAE, KSA, and Bahrain on price books, agreements, CRM usage, and approval processes
• Develop and enforce best practices for lead management, opportunity tracking, and performance monitoring
• Ensure compliance with pricing policies across all channels and regions
1. CRM & System Management
• Maintain account hierarchy (Group → Business Unit → Branch) in Salesforce
• Ensure correct linking of sales agreements, opportunities, and accounts across all regions
• Coordinate ERP (SAP B1) and Salesforce data integration
• Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
1. E-Commerce & Catalogue Management
• Maintain online product prices and promotional campaigns for UAE, KSA, and Bahrain
• Align B2C promotions with marketing plans and profitability goals in each country
• Ensure ERP and e-commerce platform price synchronization
• Manage seasonal product uploads and replacements
1. Manufacturing Pricing & Cost Control
• Work with production to capture ingredient costs, labor, and overhead
• Calculate cost of goods manufactured (COGM) for each product
• Propose price updates for finished goods sold to Casinetto
• Monitor and report on manufacturing profitability
• Ensure manufacturing price changes are reflected in B2B/B2C price books across all regions
1. Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Build dashboards for pipeline, margin performance, price realization, and forecast accuracy by market
• Generate regular sales performance reports with insights and recommendations
• Track promotion ROI and manufacturing profitability
• Conduct detailed analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to drive sales growth and profitability
1. Go-to-Market Excellence
• Oversee the entire go-to-market process for new product launches
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to meet deadlines
• Analyze competition and identify market opportunities
• Understand and leverage market trends for pricing and product positioning
1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Manufacturing on integrated strategies
• Liaise with Supply Chain for supplier price updates and cost management
• Coordinate with regional teams to adapt pricing and forecasting to local market conditions
• Facilitate communication between sales and other departments for cohesive efforts

Required Qualifications

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with expertise in financial analysis
• In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, BI tools, pricing software
• Proven track record in sales forecasting and budgeting
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and pricing strategies
• Project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives
