The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of full-funnel acquisition marketing campaigns for Adobe Stock, focusing on audience targeting and messaging across channels. Additionally, a focus on driving users to personalized and compelling landing destinations on site completes the user journey. What You'll Do
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Partner with inbound PMM on target audiences and messaging frameworks. Lead coordinated campaign planning from brief to launch, ensuring a unified message tailored by funnel stage and across channels to drive awareness and conversion. Provide creative direction to content and external creative partners as well as manage timelines, processes, and deliverables for seamless campaign execution, reporting, and retrospectives.
Creative Storytelling: Craft engaging messaging and compelling visuals (static and video assets) for campaigns that resonate with our target audiences across the marketing funnel.
Data-Driven Business Leader: Harness data and analytics to gauge the end-to-end efficiency of marketing campaigns while driving ongoing improvements. Own and manage marketing budget to ensure spend efficiency and identify profitable optimizations. Ideate and partner on A/B testing to optimize user journeys within paid marketing channels.
Cross-Functional Partner: Drive cross-functional collaboration between internal and external partners to advance initiatives that scale marketing performance, including Social, Lifecycle, and Performance Media teams.
Market and Customer Expert: Analyze market and competitive trends to identify new ways of reaching our audiences.
What You Need to Succeed
• 8+ years in campaign strategy, growth marketing or outbound PMM, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, articulating complex concepts into clear and compelling messages
• Outstanding data analysis skills and ability to bring to bear insights for strategic decision-making
• Experience crafting target audience and messaging strategy for a full-funnel acquisition campaign
• Demonstrated success in guiding cross-functional efforts for various marketing initiatives on paid channels
• Ability to translate strategy into creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and launch plans
• Experience in a B2C SaaS or product-led growth environment
• Direct experience running paid media campaigns
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,600 -- $250,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
