Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Producer for the world's largest eCommerce Brand.
This is a 4month contract, remote role!
The Producer will be responsible for managing and executing omni-channel campaigns and programs. Reporting to the Lead Producer, this role partners with Creative Strategists, Art Directors, and vertical business units to deliver high-quality marketing and advertising solutions that meet client goals and drive revenue. The Producer will oversee projects across the Walmart ecosystem, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and seamless delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple creative, multi-channel campaigns under tight timelines.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and clients, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle—from briefing, scheduling, and execution to approvals, launch, and performance measurement.
• Partner with cross-functional business units to deliver impactful programs and campaigns.
• Track progress, maintain documentation, and present activation decks post-launch.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks while proactively implementing solutions to maintain momentum.
• Foster collaboration, operational excellence, and agility across all initiatives.
Qualifications:
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward.
• Familiarity with the retail, shopper marketing, and digital media landscapes; knowledge of revenue organizations and account management preferred.
• Proficiency in Workfront, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Fine Arts, or related field.
