Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and curious Product Analyst to join our Agile product team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about improving products through user insights, market understanding, and continuous iteration. You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to shape product direction and ensure we’re solving the right problems for our users.
Key Responsibilities
• Support product discovery by identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities through research and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and user value.
• Facilitate workshops and Agile ceremonies to help teams stay focused on delivering value.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform iterative improvements.
• Help define and track success criteria for features and initiatives.
• Translate business and user requirements into clear, actionable insights for the product team.
• Contribute to the development of product roadmaps and release planning.
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience working in Agile product teams, ideally in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
• Comfortable facilitating discussions, workshops, and retrospectives.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear recommendations.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar Agile collaboration platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in digital product environments (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, mobile apps).
• Exposure to user research methods and usability testing.
• Understanding of product metrics and how they relate to user outcomes (without needing deep statistical expertise).
