Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Category Manager to join our Consumer Products team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for project management. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring physical product experiences to life—from plush toys to collectibles—for players around the world.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the strategic execution of Hardlines product categories, including Toys & Collectibles, Consumer Electronics, and Game Peripherals.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, pricing trends, player feedback, and forecasts to guide product decisions.
• Collaborate with regional teams, eCommerce, and game teams to implement distribution strategies.
• Manage budgets and organize financial data to ensure projects stay on track.
• Maintain up-to-date product line plans and calendars for cross-functional visibility.
• Coordinate product team meetings, capturing key takeaways and action items.
• Assist with digital integrations in collaboration with game teams.
• Handle shipping and receiving of product samples and prototypes.
• Research industry trends, player behavior, and competitive landscape to identify innovation opportunities.
Qualifications
• Passion for gaming and associated Toys and Collectibles is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in product/category management, product marketing, business development, or licensing.
• Strong budgeting and market analysis skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., AirTable, Trello, Asana) and spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Experience working on cross-category or cross-functional initiatives.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
