Role description
Ride the Wave to a New Career with Tsunami Express Car Wash!
At Tsunami Express Car Wash, we’re more than just a place to get your car cleaned — we’re building a team-driven culture where innovation, growth, and customer experience are at the heart of everything we do.
Tsunami Express currently owns and operates 70+ express car wash locations across Indiana, Minnesota, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, and Wisconsin, with aggressive plans to expand to 100+ locations over the next three years. We are creating a high-performance network of car washes powered by people, automation, and smart technology.
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager in Southeast Unites States to lead the rollout and ongoing management of our revenue technology systems - including POS, eCommerce, and sales platforms. This role starts with managing the deployment of 75+ outsourced POS systems across our car wash locations and evolves into product ownership and system administration. The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, data-informed, and excels at aligning business goals with exceptional digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Orchestrate large-scale hardware/software deployments while managing the strategic roadmap for critical revenue tools.
Phase 1: Rollout & Deployment
• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of 75+ POS system deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Coordinate vendors, internal stakeholders, and field teams to deliver installations on time and within budget.
• Oversee related hardware procurement, staging, and installation (terminals, peripherals, networking).
• Create rollout documentation, training materials, and implementation guides.
Phase 2: Product Management & Administration
• Serve as the Product Manager for all revenue technology systems (POS, eCommerce, sales tablet).
• Act as System Administrator, maintaining configurations, user permissions, integrations, and system performance.
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to identify needs, develop new features, and optimize workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service-level compliance.
• Lead product roadmap planning and technology upgrade cycles.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate combines project execution expertise, digital product management experience, and a strong technical foundation to support and evolve these systems.
• 5+ years in a hybrid role spanning technology project management and digital product management.
• Proven experience rolling out multi-location POS or retail/restaurant technology systems.
• Technical proficiency in POS software/hardware and related integrations (payment gateways, CRMs, inventory systems).
• Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS platforms, APIs, and data flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret operational data and inform product decisions.
• PMP or other project management certification preferred, but not required.
What you’ll get from us:
• Competitive base salary.
• Employee discounts.
• Flexible scheduling and paid time off.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance.
• Comprehensive training and advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing company.
• A strong team culture focused on respect, growth, and customer excellence.
When you’ll work:
• Remote work environment, preferred location in the Midwest or Southeast for travel convenience
• Evenings and weekends as business needs require.
• On-call availability expected for urgent support.
• Full-time schedule, with regular regional travel to locations.
• Occasional travel may be required for deployment phases and periodic site visits.
