Job Description
We are looking for a customer-obsessed Marketing Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our marketing technology stack. In this role, youβll partner closely with marketing, engineering, and analytics to build tools and workflows that improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across our digital channels.
As a Product Manager, you will lead a cross-functional pod focused on delivering high-impact outcomes. You will be responsible for contributing to the strategic vision, identifying and prioritizing customer and business problems, and ensuring our digital product investments drive measurable value.
This full-time position reports to the Senior Product Manager, Digital and is expected to work in a hybrid model, which currently includes Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday in-office.
What Youβll Do
β’ Lead a complex and/or high-impact product pod, including collaboration with stakeholders, engineering, QA, and analytics
β’ Conduct customer research and partner with business stakeholders to identify user needs and business goals
β’ Stay current with martech tools and trends and evaluate which are appropriate for Balsam
β’ Define and communicate the podβs product strategy and ensure alignment with company objectives
β’ Own and maintain the product roadmap; determine what problems the pod should prioritize and solve
β’ Translate strategy into requirements and actionable plans
β’ Ensure change management and training plans for new tools and features
β’ Monitor product performance post-launch, define success metrics, and communicate outcomes and learnings
β’ Champion an experimentation mindset and processes for data-driven decision making
β’ Provide supervision to a small team, defining tasks aligned with common goals, and fosters the professional development of team members through active discussion, feedback, coaching, and mentorship
What You Bring To The Table
β’ 8+ years of product management experience, ideally within ecommerce, wholesale, or omnichannel businesses and with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Technology
β’ Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a proven ability to translate insights into business value
β’ Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
β’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Comfortable working in both technical and customer-facing environments
β’ Demonstrated AI literacy, enabling effective understanding, interaction, and critical evaluation of AI technologies and applications across diverse business functions
β’ Previous experience managing or mentoring others is a plus

The base pay range for this position is: $141,000 to $176,000. Please note that placement within the posted salary range is based on several factors, including geographic location, experience, skills, alignment with role requirements and other job-related factors.
