โข Collaborate with Product and Research teams to embed customer, market, and competitive insights into the product roadmap. Drive segmentation strategies and market sizing to identify and prioritize key growth opportunities.
โข Establish and maintain customer feedback loops throughout the product lifecycle. Use insights to refine both product development decisions and messaging strategies.
โข Lead cross-functional planning and execution of product launches. Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, comms, product, sales, and customer success to ensure cohesive execution. Monitor adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.
โข Define key performance indicators and success metrics. Track campaign and product performance and use insights to iterate on messaging, improve positioning, and enhance market fit.

โข Proven experience in product marketing, ideally within e-commerce, live commerce, or digital platforms.
โข Strong storytelling and positioning skills with a customer-first mindset.
โข Demonstrated success leading cross-functional GTM efforts.
