Booking Product Manager Overview We are looking for an experienced Booking Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our digital booking platform. This role is responsible for enhancing the user experience, maximizing conversion rates, and driving revenue growth through innovative eCommerce solutions. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-savvy, and experienced in building seamless digital journeys in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Own and execute the end-to-end product roadmap for digital booking experiences, aligning with business goals such as revenue growth, increased digital adoption, and enhanced user engagement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, engineering, marketing, and analytics—to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high-impact solutions. • Continuously analyze performance metrics and user behavior to inform data-driven product enhancements and iterations. • Identify and lead opportunities to optimize digital booking flows and drive conversion improvements. • Develop product strategies that differentiate our offerings and provide compelling value propositions. • Manage external partnerships with third-party vendors to improve the customer journey and expand feature capabilities. • Champion customer-centric design, usability, and intuitive booking experiences, including loyalty redemption workflows. Qualifications & Experience • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably within eCommerce or travel tech environments. • Proven ability to define, deliver, and iterate on digital products with measurable success. • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in product data analysis and performance tracking. • Background in airline systems is essential—must have working knowledge of reservations, ticketing, pricing, and revenue accounting. • Working knowledge with airline-specific PSS platforms (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is required. • Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, and Lean Portfolio Management. • Exposure to UX principles and design thinking processes. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred. • Product Owner certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO) are a plus.
