Product Manager - Storefront Site Experience Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid / Remote flexibility) Salary: Competitive iO Associates is partnered with a fast-growing consultancy supporting a leading eCommerce brand to hire a Product Manager for their Storefront Experience team. In this role, you'll own the product roadmap for customer-facing features, driving improvements to navigation, site responsiveness, conversion rate, and average order value. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions across a multi-tenant Shopify Plus environment. What you'll be doing: • Shaping the product strategy for the Storefront Experience team. • Delivering innovative Shopify Plus features to enhance the customer journey. • Optimizing theme setup and configuration for operational improvements. • Evaluating new opportunities in headless commerce, Shopify APIs, and integrations. • Partnering with technical and non-technical teams to deliver projects from concept to launch. What we're looking for: • 3-5+ years in product management with a strong eCommerce background. • Deep Shopify Plus experience (themes, apps, API integrations, checkout extensibility). • Proven track record improving CRO and user experience. • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, UX, and business functions. • Agile delivery experience.
