Role description
We are seeking a Mobile App Product Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of a customer-facing mobile application (iOS & Android). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product innovation, user engagement, self-service adoption, and revenue generation. This role will collaborate across multiple business units to align the app’s roadmap with broader digital and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define and lead the end-to-end product vision and strategic direction for the mobile app, aligning with business and digital priorities.
• Oversee product development across multiple verticals, ensuring delivery of customer-centric experiences.
• Drive the mobile app's role in the overall digital ecosystem, focusing on personalization, loyalty integration, and seamless user journeys.
• Identify and act on opportunities to boost channel shift, user retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Establish and manage a scalable product roadmap, balancing long-term innovation with short-term enhancements.
• Own and monitor core performance metrics such as DAUs/MAUs, retention, NPS, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and analytics to deliver high-impact features.
• Evaluate user feedback, analytics, and market trends to inform continuous improvement and product evolution.
• Manage external vendor relationships to optimize customer journey experiences and technical delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management for mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of usability, customer experience design, and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience working in Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Portfolio Management.
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful app-based products with measurable outcomes.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to drive product strategy based on data insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe Product Owner) are a plus.
• Prior experience with airline industry systems (e.g., reservations, ticketing, pricing) and PSS platforms (such as Sabre or Amadeus) is required.
• Portfolio of released app features or case studies in the aviation or eCommerce space is highly desirable.
