Job Title: Product Marketing Manager Salary: $70K-$75K/Hour DOE Reason for Opening: Growth Years of Experience: 3-5 Years Reporting to: Annie Shamoon, VP Job Description: Our Client is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support product launches and direct-to-consumer initiatives. This role will play a key part in shaping go-to-market strategies, developing creative campaigns, and executing digital marketing efforts that resonate with both consumers and major retail partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in social media, eCommerce platforms, and creative marketing execution to drive awareness, engagement, and sales. You Will: • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for product launches, including campaign planning, creative direction, and channel distribution. • Build and implement social media strategies that capture attention, drive engagement, and reflect modern brand storytelling approaches inspired by innovative consumer product companies. • Create content, graphics, and campaigns that elevate the brand across social platforms, email marketing, and direct-to-consumer channels. • Leverage eCommerce platforms such as Shopify to support online sales, merchandising, promotions, and consumer engagement. • Use email marketing platforms such as MailChimp to design and distribute campaigns, activating an existing database of contacts with fresh creative. • Collaborate with sales teams to deliver marketing materials, product assets, and strategies that help secure placement and drive sell-through with major retail partners. • Analyze campaign performance and consumer insights to optimize strategies and support future launches. • Stay current with emerging trends in digital marketing, direct-to-consumer sales, and retail marketing strategies. You Have: • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital campaigns, and product launch execution. • Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry with a track record of bringing products successfully to market. • Hands-on expertise with Shopify, MailChimp, and other eCommerce or marketing automation tools. • Strong design sensibility and the ability to create social-ready content that engages and converts. • Knowledge of social media best practices, storytelling, and campaign execution that reflects current market trends. • Experience supporting sales teams by creating marketing strategies and assets that strengthen retail partnerships. • Analytical skills to track performance metrics and refine approaches for continuous improvement. • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • A passion for consumer products and the creativity to bring new items to market successfully.
