Product Marketing Manager Introduction to the Team At Expedia Group, we are passionate about bringing together travel and technology to create innovative products that deliver better experiences for travelers. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team within the B2C Traveler Product organization. This team creates go-to-market strategies to bring consumer-facing products and features to market across our three core brands: Expedia, Hotels.com, and Vrbo. In this role, you will lead product marketing initiatives for innovations across our Transport lines of business (flights, car rental), with a focus on air travel. You will cultivate collaborative relationships and serve as a key partner to your Product and Brand Marketing counterparts. With a deep knowledge of the Transport product space, you will champion customer-centric products and communicate the product vision, craft insights to help inform product development, and develop effective go-to-market strategies. Through compelling product positioning and messaging, you will help bring our products to life for the customer to drive adoption and growth. You will be an evangelist—passionate about solving traveler problems, doing right by the customer, and laser focused on growing adoption of our products. In This Role You Will • Build collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams across Product and Marketing to drive adoption of new products, and make recommendations to optimize growth. • Use data-driven insights to craft relevant, benefit-based messaging, positioning, and value propositions that differentiate our brand and resonate with consumers. • Champion customer needs to influence product roadmaps, provide insights, and share expertise with stakeholders. • Lead go-to-market planning for product launches and feature releases to ensure launch readiness and stakeholder alignment. • Use deep understanding of the product space to effectively communicate the benefits, performance metrics, and vision for Transport products to get buy-in from leaders across the organization • Bring industry best practices to the team and be a champion for product marketing through clarity, simplicity, and accountability Experience And Qualifications • You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product, or brand marketing in a B2C organization, with a minimum of 3 years spent in product marketing leading go-to-market efforts. • You have experience managing and leading large scale, global product marketing projects. • You are an experienced influencer with executive presence and proven ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams and senior leaders • You have ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research to capture insights and assess market opportunities. • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, able to create an impactful narrative and compelling message and value proposition • You are highly collaborative, and proactive in relationship building among cross-functional counterparts Expedia Group is proud to offer a wide range of benefits to support employees and their families, including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and an Employee Assistance Program. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $104,000 to $145,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Austin is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $104,000.00 to $145,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $166,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
