Role, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities: β€’ Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with customers, end-users, and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. β€’ Lead design thinking sessions with focus groups to identify the product features. Should be able to lead the creation of low fidelity wireframes, and product prototypes. β€’ Define Product Vision: Develop a clear and inspiring vision for the technical product, aligning it with the overall business goals and strategy in collaboration with the business leads. β€’ Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain a well-defined product backlog based on business value, technical dependencies, and customer needs. Feedback Incorporation: Gather feedback and incorporate it into the product backlog to continuously improve the product. β€’ User Story Definition: Break down the product features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria. β€’ Understanding Technology Stack: Possess a strong understanding of the technology stacks, architecture, and infrastructure relevant to the business and product. β€’ Make Technical Decisions: Make informed decisions on technical aspects, considering scalability, security, and other technical requirements. β€’ Release Planning and Roadmap Creation: Collaborate with the development team to plan releases, considering feature dependencies, timelines, and resource availability. β€’ Roadmap Creation: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and future development plans. β€’ Facilitate Collaboration: Act as a bridge between different functional teams, such as development, testing, and operations, to ensure a smooth workflow. β€’ Promote Agile Practices: Embrace and promote Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, to enhance collaboration and efficiency. β€’ Quality Assurance and Validation: Define acceptance criteria for user stories and participate in acceptance testing to ensure that the delivered product meets the required standards. Qualifications/Requirements β€’ Educational Background: A bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science/ information technology/ software engineering, or a related field. Additional certifications in enterprise architecture or specific technologies can be beneficial. β€’ Technical Expertise: Digital Experience Platforms, UX tools, UI frameworks, Full Stack technologies required. β€’ Product Requirements and Release Management Tools: Tools like confluence, Azure DevOps β€’ Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud computing required. β€’ Problem-solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and implement strategies that align with business goals. β€’ Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams. β€’ Innovation and Adaptability: Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
