Role description
Product Owner AdTech Remote β€’ Oversee full product development lifecycle for Retail Media and Sponsored Ads (from ideation to launch and performance analysis) β€’ Gather, document, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, users, and partners, especially focusing on Brand Partner and Retail Media needs β€’ Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, breaking down complex user stories into actionable tasks β€’ Ensure product delivery is on time and meets quality standards; collaborate closely with engineering, QA, scrum master, and deployment teams β€’ Review Figma designs and provide actionable feedback on ad display, collaborating with design and tech leads β€’ Analyze key product metrics (including leading and lagging KPIs) to measure product performance, ROI, and inform future improvements β€’ Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as the main point of contact for status updates, roadmap changes, and performance reporting β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, account management, marketing, ad operations, measurement, ecommerce, UX, and audience strategy teams β€’ Facilitate Agile ceremonies (retrospectives, feedback sessions) to drive continuous improvement in product quality and team efficiency β€’ Work with multiple architects and maintain transparency and effective communication within the team β€’ Provide approvals, review test data, and ensure documentation is complete and detailed β€’ Bring a strong delivery focus, ensuring priorities are clear and aligned with business value and complexity β€’ Stay up to date and leverage AdTech tools/platforms such as Criteo, Google Ad Manager, Kevel, and others as relevant β€’ Drive innovation, ensuring clear organization of large goals into achievable, iterative plans β€’ Operate successfully in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Key Requirements β€’ 10+ years of digital product owner/manager experience in CPG retail, eCommerce, or related industry β€’ 2+ years in retail media network environment, ideally for a CPG retailer β€’ Strong knowledge of AdTech (ad servers, exchanges, DSPs, SSPs) and advertising/marketing technology concepts β€’ Proven Agile experience; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills β€’ Strong cross-functional collaboration and partnership-building capabilities β€’ Experience with tools like Jira, Amplience, GAM, DV360, CM360, Kevel, Skai, Epsilon, Media Math, Microsoft Ads, and/or Criteo is a plus β€’ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
