We are seeking a Product Owner to lead and manage product initiatives, with a focus on website-related projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering value to stakeholders. This role requires strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and experience working within a SAFe Agile environment. You will be responsible for driving product vision, defining requirements, and ensuring successful delivery while maintaining a proactive and independent approach to execution. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and refine user stories • Work closely with development teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of features • Prioritize work to maximize product value and meet strategic objectives • Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review sessions within a SAFe Agile framework • Provide clear product vision and direction, removing obstacles to delivery • Maintain comprehensive documentation using Confluence and ensure visibility of progress via Jira • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities throughout the product lifecycle Technical Profile • Strong experience as a Product Owner, preferably in website product delivery • Proficiency with Jira for backlog management and progress tracking • Skilled in Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing • Familiarity with SAFe Agile principles, ceremonies, and artifacts Functional Profile • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams • Skilled in translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements • Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting business needs Skills Summary Core Expertise: • Product ownership for digital/website initiatives • Backlog management and prioritization • Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodology Other Tools & Technologies • Jira • Confluence Soft Skills • Proactive problem-solving • Self-motivated and results-driven • Strong stakeholder management • Clear and concise communication • Strategic thinking with attention to detail The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31.14/hour - $48.66/hour.
