Job Description - Product Owner, Enterprise
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner, Enterprise Systems to help drive the delivery and improvement of our core enterprise platforms and backend systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a product professional to take ownership of critical post-purchase and operational workflows across the enterprise ecosystem.
In this role, you'll bridge business and technology teams translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, managing roadmaps and backlogs, and driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless experiences for both internal users and customers.
Responsibilities
• Define and manage product roadmaps for enterprise systems like Salesforce OMS, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud and other backend platforms supporting the enterprise.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Partner with Operations, Customer Service, IT, Retail, and Digital teams to gather input and align on priorities.
• Support and enhance systems related to order servicing, fulfillment, returns, cancellations, fraud review, and customer support.
• Act as the voice of the customer and ensure solutions meet user expectations and business value.
• Work with Product Manager to create and manage JIRA tickets, prioritize them, and ensure the right work is being done and the business goals are being met.
• Track KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve systems and processes.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups with Agile development teams.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
• Promote a collaborative product culture focused on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an eCommerce, retail or enterprise systems environment.
• Must be able to efficiently manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and excel in a high growth environment.
• Must be a solutions-oriented problem solver, a highly analytical and strategic thinker.
• Experience delivering using Agile methodology, Jira (ticket management) and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with a strong attention to detail and execution.
• Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar is highly desirable.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT Systems, Business Management, Operations, or related fields required

Estimate Pay Rate: $$110,000-$125,000
